介孔負載維生素B1催化合成雙糠醛 |

摘 要:通過(guò)自制氧化硅介孔材料,采用浸漬蒸發(fā)法制得介孔負載維生素B1催化劑,并應用于糠醛催化合成雙糠醛。產(chǎn)物雙糠醛采用紅外光譜、核磁共振氫譜、紫外光譜表征。實(shí)驗結果表明催化劑制備簡(jiǎn)單、催化活性高、產(chǎn)品收率高、后處理簡(jiǎn)便、無(wú)三廢污染、符合節能環(huán)保、綠色催化的要求。 |

Catalytic Synthesis of Furoin by Mesoporous Supported Vitamin-B1 |

Abstract:Mesoporous supported vitamin-B1 was prepared from mesoporous oxide silicon via immersion-evaporation method, and the synthesis of furoin was studied using the self-prepared mesoporous material VB1 as catalyst in this paper. The product was identified by IR, 1H NMR and UV. The experimental results showed that preparation of mesoporous-VB1 catalyst was simple, high activity of catalyst, good repeatability, high yield, convenient to final treatment and no-pollution of three wastes, which met the requirements of energy saving and environment protection as well as green catalysis. |
