一種耐高溫陰離子交換樹(shù)脂的合成及在催化合成丙酸芐酯中的應用 |

摘 要:以大孔型氯甲基化交聯(lián)聚苯乙烯為原料,三丁胺為胺化試劑,合成了一種強堿性陰離子交換樹(shù)脂。測定了樹(shù)脂在水中的熱穩定性,結果表明樹(shù)脂的熱穩定性比普通強堿性陰離子交換樹(shù)脂的有明顯提高。將樹(shù)脂應用于催化合成丙酸芐酯,在優(yōu)化條件下,丙酸芐酯的收率接近100%,且樹(shù)脂連續使用5次的催化活性基本保持不變。 |

Synthesis of a Thermal Stable Anion Exchange Resin and Its Application in Catalytic Synthesis of Benzyl Propionate |

Abstract:A strongly basic anion exchange resin was synthesized by reaction of macroporous chloromethylated crosslinked polystyrene and tributyl amine. Thermal stability of the resin was tested in water,and the result showed that the thermal stability of the resin was higher than that of conventional strongly basic anion exchange resin. When the resin was used in catalytic synthesis of benzyl propionate under optimized conditions,the yield of benzyl propionate was near 100%,and the catalytic activity was almost the same when the resin was used repeatedly for five times. |
