馬拉硫磷原藥中馬拉硫磷含量的高效液相色譜法分析 |

| 摘 要：采用反相液相色譜外標法測定馬拉硫磷原藥中馬拉硫磷的含量，方法的標準偏差為0.26，變異系數為0.27%，線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0.999 7，回收率為99.7%～100.4%。 |

| Abstract：A method was developed for the determination of malathion in malathion technical by RP-HPLC. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.26，the coefficient of variation 0.27%，linear correlation coefficient 0.999 7，and the recovery 99.7%～100.4%. |
