尼唑苯酮的合成 |

| 摘 要：以芐基咪唑為原料制得二乙氨基甲基咪唑，再與2，2'-氯-5-硝基二苯酮縮合得產(chǎn)品尼唑苯酮。收率71.3%，產(chǎn)品含量99.0%，是一條有望工業(yè)化的合成路線(xiàn)。 |

| Synthesis of Nizofenone |

| Abstract：A practical synthesis method of nizofenone was studied. Nizofenone was synthesized from 1-benzyl-imidazole to give 1-benzyl-2-diethylaminomethyl-imidazole. 1-benzyl-2-diethylaminomethyl-imidazole reacted with 2,2'-chloro-5-nitro-dibenzone to give the target product with the corresponding overall yield and purity of 71.3% and 99.0%. |
