甘油法制備環(huán)氧氯丙烷中間體二氯丙醇催化劑的研究 |

摘 要:對甘油制環(huán)氧氯丙烷中間體二氯丙醇的催化劑進(jìn)行了研究?疾炝艘员姿、草酸、丁二酸、己二酸、辛酸五種有機酸為催化劑時(shí),時(shí)間、溫度、催化劑用量對目的產(chǎn)物二氯丙醇的收率以及反應速率的影響。研究結果表明,以己二酸為催化劑,甘油用量為3 mol/kg,反應溫度為110℃,反應時(shí)間為3 h左右時(shí)達到平衡,二氯丙醇收率可達到85%。 |

Study on the Catalysts for Preparation of Dichloropropanol from Glycerol |

Abstract:The carboxylic acids such as acetic acid,oxalic acid,succinic acid,adipic acid and octanoic acid,which were used as catalysts for producing dichloropropanol from glycerol were studied. The influencing factors of yield including reaction time,temperature,catalysts of different sort,and ratio of catalyst to glycerol were determined. The experimental results showed that the yield of dichloropropanol exceeds 85% under the following conditions:adipic acid was used as catalyst ,the ratio of catalyst to glycerol:3,temperature at 110℃,and reaction time:3 hour. |
