β -衣康酸單甲酯功能單體的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以衣康酸和無(wú)水甲醇為原料，酸性催化下酯化合成β-衣康酸單甲酯。選用苯甲酰氯作催化劑，苯和石油醚的混合溶劑作重結晶溶劑，大大提高了β-衣康酸單甲酯的收率，在此基礎上優(yōu)化了物料配比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間等條件，得到β-衣康酸單甲酯的優(yōu)惠合成條件，最終使β-衣康酸單甲酯收率達98%。用FT IR和1H NMR對產(chǎn)物結構進(jìn)行了表征。 |

| Synthesis of β-Methylhydrogen Itaconate |

| Abstract：β-Methylhydrogen itaconate was prepared from itaconic acid and methyl alcohol with benzoyl chloride as catalyst. The mixed solvent of benzene and petroleum ether using as recrystallization solvent can significantly improve the yield of the product. The molar ratio of reactants and reaction time on the reaction were also studied. And the optimum conditions were obtained. Under above conditions，the yield of the product was about 98%. The structure of the titled compound was identified by FT-IR and 1H NMR. |
