尼龍6/不同分子量的聚苯乙烯寡聚體修飾蒙脫土納米復合材料的制備與性能測試

摘 要:將分子量分別為1 400、2 500、5 000的聚苯乙烯長(cháng)鏈端基季銨鹽改性的蒙脫土(OMMT),與尼龍6(PA6)母料熔融共混,注塑成型制備PA6/OMMT納米復合材料,討論不同分子量的聚苯乙烯長(cháng)鏈季銨鹽有機改性蒙脫土對納米復合材料性能的影響。對所制得的復合材料通過(guò)TGA和熱變形測試、彎曲、拉伸和沖擊性能等力學(xué)性能測試。結果表明:分子量為2 500,蒙脫土含量為3%時(shí)的復合材料的熱穩定性和綜合力學(xué)性能較好。

Synthesis and Properties Tests of PA6/OMMT Nanocomposites

Abstract:Montmorillonite modified by polystyryl quaternary ammonium salts with different molecular weights were prepared through solution intercalation(Mn=1 400,2 500,5 000). And then PA6/OMMT nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending in a twin-screw extruder and injection molding. The effects of molecular weight on the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the obtained PA6/OMMT nanocomposites were investigated. The experimental results from TGA and mechanical testing have indicated that a loading of 3% montmorillonite which was modified by polystyryl quaternary ammoniums at a molecular weight of 2500 has shown remarkable thermal stability and mechanical properties compared to virgin PA6.
