金屬催化制備手性胺的研究新進(jìn)展 |

摘 要:手性胺化合物廣泛存在于自然界中并扮演著(zhù)重要的角色,亞胺的不對稱(chēng)催化還原反應是制備手性胺化合物的最直接有效的方法。金屬鈀、鈷、銅、錸和鋅作為亞胺不對稱(chēng)還原的新型催化劑是最近幾年發(fā)展起來(lái)的,在底物普適性和產(chǎn)物對映選擇性方面取得了很大的進(jìn)展。綜述了這五種金屬催化體系在制備手性胺中的研究進(jìn)展和存在的問(wèn)題,總結了每一催化體系的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。 |

New Research Progress in Preparation of Chiral Amines with Metal Catalysis |

Abstract:Chiral amines widely existed and play an important role in the nature. Catalytic asymmetric reduction of imines represents one of the most important methods for preparing chiral amines. Great progresses have been made both in the scope of substrates and the enantioselectivity with the metal-based catalysts containing Pd,Co,Cu ,Re and Zn in the reaction in recent years. The research progress and problems of the five metal-based catalysts in the preparation of chiral amines were reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages in each metal-based catalytic system were summarized. |
