1-取代芳基-1-烷基胺的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：1-取代芳基-1-烷基胺是一種重要的醫藥、農藥中間體。以不同取代芳酮為初始原料經(jīng)R.leuchart反應制得相應的1－取代芳基－1－烷基胺，收率80%，含量98%。產(chǎn)物結構經(jīng)1H NMR，MS確證。 |

| Abstract：1-Phenyl-1-alkyl-ammonium is a kind of chemical intermediate to synthesize new herbicide, radioactive medicine，sensor and so on. 1-phenyl-1-alkyl ammonium was prepared from different substituted hypnone and ammonium formate as stuff via the reaction of R.Leuchart. The yield rate can reach 80%, the purity excess 98%. The structures of all new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR，and MS spectra. |
