取代二芳基甲胺“一鍋法”合成研究和改進(jìn) |

摘 要:由芳基鋰鹽、硫代甲酰胺和芳基格氏試劑一鍋法合成了取代二芳基甲胺。通過(guò)將含有吸電子基團的芳香溴代物制成格氏試劑,將含有給電子基團的芳香溴代物制成鋰鹽,顯著(zhù)提高了取代二芳基甲胺的收率。 |

Abstract:One-pot synthesis method of diarylmethylamines was investigated using aryl lithium salt,thioformamide and aryl Grignard reagent. The yield can be obviously increased by the Grignard reagent and the lithium salt which was prepared from aryl bromide with an electron-withdrawing group and with an electron-donating group,respectively. |
