藍桉葉揮發(fā)油化學(xué)成分分析研究 |

| 摘 要：采用乙醚為溶劑提取云南產(chǎn)藍桉干葉的揮發(fā)油，經(jīng)氣相-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀分析，得到57種組分，確定了其中54個(gè)化合物的結構，主要成分是1，8-桉葉素（68.61%），α-蒎烯（10.24%），別香橙烯（5.27%），乙酸松油酯（4.05%），香橙烯（1.45%），（-）-藍桉醇（1.26%），α-松油醇（1.02%）等。采用峰面積歸一法計算各組分的相對含量，所鑒定成分占總餾出峰面積的99.69%。 |

| Analysis of Volatile Constituents of Essential Oil from Eucalyptus globulus Labill. Leaves |

| Abstract：The essential oil was extracted by ether from leaves of Eucalyptus globulus Labill. growed in Yunnan province. The volatile chemical constituents from the herb were identified by GC-MS. Fifty-four volatile components were identified，and its the main compounds were 1，8-eucalyptol（72.71%），α-pinene（9.22%），α-terpineol acetate（3.11%），α-terpineol（2.54%），alloaromadendrene（2.47%）. The compounds were quantitatively determined by normalization method，and the identified compounds represented 99.17% of total GC peak areas. |
