高碘酸鉀氧化硫堇催化光度法測定痕量錳 |

摘 要:研究了在醋酸鹽緩沖介質(zhì)中 ,痕量錳催化高碘酸鉀氧化硫堇的褪色反應 ,建立了一種高選擇性測定痕量錳的新方法。方法的線(xiàn)性范圍為 0 0 179~ 0 .10 71mg/L ,檢出限為2 .85× 10 - 6g/L。用于直接測定茶葉樣品中的痕量錳 ,結果滿(mǎn)意 |

Catalytic Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Manganess Base on Oxidation of Thionine by Potassium Periodate |

Abstract:A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determing trace amounts of Mn in tea has been developed. The method has high selectivity. The method is based on the catalytic effect of manganess on oxidation of thionine by potassium periodate in acetate buffer medium. The linear range for the determination of manganess is 0.0179~0.1071mg/L and the detection limit is 2.85×10 -6 g/L. The method has been used to determine trace manganess in tea samples with satisfactory results. |
