鄰甲代烯丙氧基苯酚合成呋喃酚工藝研究 |

摘 要:以鄰甲代烯丙氧基苯酚為原料,異丙醇鋁為催化劑,在溶劑二甲苯的條件下,經(jīng)過(guò)Claisen重排和環(huán)合反應合成呋喃酚。重點(diǎn)研究了物料配比、反應溶劑、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間對反應的影響,優(yōu)化條件為:鄰甲代烯丙氧基苯酚濃度為32%(m / m),異丙醇鋁3.0%(m / m),反應溫度高于150℃,反應時(shí)間10 h。此條件下反應的轉化率可以達到96%以上,選擇性78%,收率75%。 |

Synthesis of Benzofuranol from Methallyloxyphenol |

Abstract:In the preparation of benzofuranol from methallyloxyphenol through Claisen- rearrangement and cyclization, aluminium isopropoxide was used as catalyst,xylene was used as solvent. The material ratio,solvent,reaction temperature and reaction time were studied. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:n(methallyl- oxyphenol) ∶ n(xylene)=1 ∶ 3,the mass fraction of aluminium isopropoxide is 3.0%,the temperature was higher than 150℃,the reaction time was 10 h. Under these operation conditions,the conversion was over 96%,selectivity was 78%,the yield of benzofuranol was 75%. |
