三光氣合成噁草酮的研究 |

摘 要:研究了以2,4-二氯-5-異丙氧基苯酰肼和三光氣為原料,合成2-特丁基-4-(2',4'-二氯-5'-異丙氧苯基)-1,3,4-惡唑啉-5-酮(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)噁草酮)的工藝,優(yōu)化工藝條件為:物料比n(酰肼) ∶ n(三光氣)=1 ∶ 0.5,滴加溫度60℃,三光氣采用二次滴加工藝。在優(yōu)化條件下反應收率達到94%。 |

Synthesis of Oxadiazon through Bis(trichloromethyl) Carbonate |

Abstract:1,2,4-Oxadiazolidin-3,5-dione-2-tert-butyl-4-(2,4-dichloro-5-isopropoxyphenyl)(Oxadiazon) was synthesized from 2,4-dichloro-5-isopropoxybenzenehydrazine and bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate(BTC). The optimum ratios of reactants were as follow n(2,4-dichloro-5-isopropoxybenzenehydrazine) ∶ n(BTC)=1 ∶ 0.5,the droping temperature 60℃ and the BTC added in two steps. The yield increase to 94% under the optimal conditions. |
