| 摘 要：用N，N'-二環(huán)己基碳二亞胺作脫水劑，在微波輻射條件下，N-芐氧甲�；被岷头涌s合反應生成了一系列新的N-芐氧甲�；被岱蓟�，縮短了反應時(shí)間。目標化合物的結構經(jīng)1H NMR，13C NMR，IR和MS等進(jìn)行了表征。對所合成的目標化合物進(jìn)行了初步的生物活性測試，結果表明目標化合物具有一定的殺蟲(chóng)活性和殺菌活性，殺菌活性高于殺蟲(chóng)活性。 |

| Microwave Synthesis and Bioactivity of Novel Chiral Benzyloxycarbonylamino Acid Aryl Esters |

| Abstract：Under microwave irradiation, a series of novel aryl esters of N-Cbz-amino acids were synthesized in moderate yields by condensation reactions of N-Cbz-amino acids with substituted phenols in the presence of DCC and pyridine, but the reaction time was greatly shortened. The target products were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MS. A preliminary bioactivity study of the target products against organisms was investigated. The results showed they exhibited some fungicidal and insecticidal activities, and the activity against the phytopathogens was higher than against pest insects. |
