丙酮二羧酸及其衍生物的合成研究 |

摘 要:丙酮二羧酸及其衍生物是重要的醫藥中間體,以無(wú)水檸檬酸為原料經(jīng)氧化脫羧得到丙酮二羧酸,再經(jīng)酯化和硼氫化鉀還原反應制備得到3-羥基戊二酸二乙酯,總收率94%,純度98.5%。

Abstract:1,3-Acetone dicarboxylic acid and its derivatives were important intermediates for drug synthesis. In this paper diethyl 3-oxopentanedioate was synthesized using anhydrous citric acid as starting material,then reacted with ethanol to produce diethyl 3-oxopentanedioate. The ester product was reduced by KBH4 to afford diethyl 3-hydroxypentanedioate,the total yield was 94% and the purity was 98.5%. |
