水合肼中間體丁酮連氮的合成工藝研究 |

摘 要:以丁酮、氨氣和過(guò)氧化氫為原料,研究了在催化劑條件下水合肼中間體丁酮連氮合成的不同工藝條件;考察了催化劑種類(lèi)及其用量、反應時(shí)間、反應溫度、雙氧水用量各因素對反應收率的影響,結果顯示,當催化劑選用甲酰胺,催化劑用量0.5 mol,反應時(shí)間6 h,雙氧水用量為0.5 mol時(shí),反應溫度60℃,丁酮連氮收率達到83.49%。 |

Study on the Synthesis of Methyl Ethyl Ketazine Intermediate for Hydrazine Hydrate |

Abstract:Synthetic conditions of methyl ethyl ketazine from butanone,NH3 and hydrogen peroxide was studied in the presence of catalyst. The optimal conditions was investigated through comparison of catalyst species, catalyst amount,hydrogen peroxide amount,reaction time and temperature. The yield of methyl ethyl ketazine reached 83.49% when formamide was used as the catalyst, quantity of catalyst and hydrogen peroxide both 0.5mol,reaction time 6 h,and reaction temperature 60℃. |
