高純超細草酸亞鐵的制備研究 |

摘 要:以硫酸亞鐵和草酸為原料,通過(guò)添加分散助劑,制備了高純超細草酸亞鐵產(chǎn)品,并研究了分散劑濃度、硫酸亞鐵濃度、加料時(shí)間、反應溫度等對粒徑的影響。優(yōu)化工藝條件為:分散劑濃度20%~25%(m/m),硫酸鐵濃度220 g/L,反應溫度30℃,加料時(shí)間20~30 min,在此條件下產(chǎn)品粒徑小于3.0 μm、純度大于99.5%。 |

Abstract:The ultrafine high-purity ferrous oxalate was prepared from ferrous sulphate and oxalic acid using dispersion agents.The effect of the factors on particle size was investigated,and the optimal conditions were obtained as follow:dispersion agent concentration 20%~25%(m/m),reaction temperature 30℃,ferrous sulphate concentration 220 g/L,feeding time 20~30 min. Under the optimum conditions,the particle size and purity of the product was less than 3.0 μm and 99.5%,respectively. |
