中草藥中40種農藥殘留的氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜分析 |

| 摘 要：建立了一種同時(shí)測定中草藥中有機磷、有機氯、擬除蟲(chóng)菊酯和氨基甲酸酯等四大類(lèi)40種農藥殘留量的分析方法。通過(guò)比較三氯甲烷、乙腈、正己烷、乙酸乙酯和丙酮等多種溶劑的提取效果，確定三氯甲烷和丙酮為提取溶劑；提取的樣品經(jīng)弗羅里硅土凈化，用GC-MS選擇離子模式進(jìn)行測定，采用外標法進(jìn)行定量。40種農藥在65 min內達到理想的分離效果。以2個(gè)添加水平測定樣品的回收率和相對標準偏差，回收率在88.6%和107.1%之間，RSD均低于8.0%。各農藥檢測限為0.5~37.5 μg／kg，定量限為1.4~112.5 μg／kg。采用該方法，對百合、刀豆、菊花、黃芪、人參、當歸、車(chē)前草7種不同種類(lèi)的中草藥進(jìn)行了實(shí)際檢測，均發(fā)現一定量的農藥殘留。該方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速、準確、靈敏，且重現性好，可用于中草藥中多種農藥殘留的同時(shí)測定。 |

| Multi-residues Analysis of Pesticides in Herbal Medicines by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry with SIM Model |

| Abstract：An analysis method based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） was developed to determine 40 pesticides including organochlorinates，organophosphates，synthetic pyrethroids and carbamate. Sample was extracted with mixture of chloroform and acetone and the extract was further purified through a Florisile column chromatography. The prepared sample was then analyzed using GC-MS with selective ion monitoring（SIM）mode. 40 pesticides were well separated within 65 minutes，and all relative standard deviations（RSD）were less than 8.0%，and the recoreries were 88.6%~107.5%. The limits of detection（LODs） ranged from 0.5~37.5 μg／kg under the signal noise ratio 3∶1，and the limits of quantitation（LOQs）were 1.4~112.5 μg／kg. The method is simple，rapid，sensitive，and of good repeatability. It is suitable for the multiresidues analysis of pesticides in herbal medicines. |
