陰極電還原葡萄糖合成山梨醇的研究 |

摘 要:采用電化學(xué)方法 ,對陰極電還原葡萄糖合成山梨醇進(jìn)行了研究 ,得到優(yōu)惠電解條件 :電流密度0 176A/dm2 ,溫度為 2 5℃ ,葡萄糖起始濃度為 0 10 6mol/L ,支持電解質(zhì)硫酸鈉的濃度為 0 15mol/L ,在此條件下葡萄糖電流效率達到 86 84% |

Abstract:Synthesis of sorbitol by electro reduction from glucose was studied. Factors influenting the yield of sorbitol were current density, initial concentration of glucose, temperature and supporting electrolyte. The optimum conditions were determined. Current density was 0.176A/dm 2, temperature of reaction was 30℃, initial concentration of supporting electrolyte was 0.15mol/L the concentration of glucose was 0.106mol/L. Under these conditions, the cathode current efficiency of glucose was 86.84%. |
