鐵錳型金銀礦的浸出工藝及電化學(xué)研究 |

摘 要:低品位鐵錳型金銀礦由于金銀被鐵錳等礦物包裹,傳統浸金銀的方法無(wú)法達到目的。采用兩礦加酸法對礦預先浸錳,破壞原礦物結構,降低體系的氧化還原電位,然后用硫脲同時(shí)浸出金銀,可達理想浸出效果?疾炝肆螂逵昧、硫酸鈉用量及氧化還原電位等對金銀浸出率的影響,優(yōu)惠條件下金銀的浸出率分別達到98.0%和45.0%。同時(shí)用電化學(xué)和配位化學(xué)的理論對硫脲浸出金銀的過(guò)程進(jìn)行了描述。 |

The Leaching Process and Electrochemical Study on Iron-manganese Gold Silver Ore |

Abstract:The traditional gold and silver leaching method from the low grade iron-manganese gold silver ore didn't work out because gold and silver were encapsulated by iron,manganese and other minerals. It may do the trick to use two ores acid leaching method to leach manganese in advance in order to damage the original ore structure and reduce system oxidation-reduction potential, and then to use thiourea to leach gold and silver simultaneously. The effects of thiourea and sodium sulfate dosage and oxidation-reduction potential on the leaching rate were investigated in this experiment, and under the optimal conditons the leaching rate of gold and silver was 98% and 45%,respectively. The leaching process of gold and silver by thiourea was described by electrochemistry and coordination chemistry theory. |
