茚蟲(chóng)威10%懸浮劑的液相色譜分析方法 |

摘 要:采用Diamond C18不銹鋼柱[150 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.),5 μm]和二極管陣列檢測器,以甲醇-水混合溶劑(80 ∶ 20,v/v)為流動(dòng)相,流速1.0 mL/min、檢測波長(cháng)310 nm和柱溫35℃,建立了茚蟲(chóng)威制劑10%懸浮劑的高效液相色譜分析方法。茚蟲(chóng)威在0.5~10 mg/L的濃度范圍內,其峰面積(y)與質(zhì)量濃度(x)呈現良好的相關(guān)性,其線(xiàn)性回歸方程為y=23 372x+3 238.2,R2=0.999 3。在10%懸浮劑中,茚蟲(chóng)威5個(gè)添加濃度水平的平均回收率為99.29%,相對標準偏差(RSD)為1.05%,說(shuō)明所建立的方法快速、靈敏度高、重現性好,可用于茚蟲(chóng)威10%懸浮劑產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制與分析。 |

A Quantitative Analysis of Indoxacarb 10% Supension Concentrate by HPLC |

Abstract:A quantitative high performance liquid chromatography method using diode array detector has been developed for the determination of the active ingredient indoxacarb in the formulation 10% suspension concentrate (SC). A diamond C18 stainless steel column [150 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.),5 μm] was used with mixture of methanol-water(80 ∶ 20,v/v)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature 35℃ and the ultraviolet detection wavelength 284 nm. There existed good linear correlation between peak area(y) and concentration(x) of indoxacarb in the concentration range of 0.5~10 mg/L with the regression equation y=23 372x +3 238.2,R2=0.999 3. The average recovery of the five spiked levels for indoxacarb 10% SC was 99.29%,relative standard deviation 1.05% and coefficient of variation 0.01%,suggesting that the method should be fast,sensitive,reproducible and practical for the quality control and analysis of indoxacarb 10%SC during the manufacture of the product. |
