依卡倍特鈉的核磁共振數據解析 |

| 摘 要：依卡倍特鈉是日本田邊公司生產(chǎn)的一種具有覆蓋作用的抗胃炎、胃潰瘍的新型藥物。筆者對依卡倍特鈉進(jìn)行了1H NMR、13C NMR檢測，并通過(guò)DEPT、gCOSY、gHMQC、gHMBC等2DNMR技術(shù)對其N(xiāo)MR數據進(jìn)行較為詳細的解析和NMR信號全歸屬，為今后的分析鑒定工作提供完善的NMR數據。 |

| Abstract：Ecabet sodium is a new drug for treating gastric ulcer and gastritis invented by JapanTanabe Seiyaku Company. Its major function is to protect gastric mucosal via its adherence to the gastric mucosa ,enhancing gastric mucosal defensive ability and the defensive factors such as the endogenous prostaglandins. The 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra of ecabet sodium were acquired, completely assigned and analyzed by a combination of 1D（1H NMR，13C NMR and DEPT）and 2D NMR（1H-1H COSY，HMQC and HMBC）techniques. The results obtained provided a reference for characterization of similar compounds in the future. |
