火焰原子吸收光譜法同時(shí)測定尿液中鉀和鈉 |

| 摘 要：采用原子吸收光譜儀同時(shí)測定了尿液中鉀和鈉的含量，并確立了測定鉀和鈉的優(yōu)惠條件。加入氯化銫可消除電離干擾，當稀釋比例達到1 ∶ 1 000 時(shí)，可以消除尿基質(zhì)的干擾。鉀和鈉的檢測限分別為0.004 9 mg／L和0.004 0 mg／L，測定范圍分別為0.2～5.0 mg／L和0.2～3.0 mg／L，方法回收率分別為99.6％~108.7％和99.2％~101.3％，變異系數分別為0.56％~1.08％和0.41%～0.82%。結果表明該方法準確、靈敏度高、簡(jiǎn)便快速。 |

| Simultaneous Determination of K and Na in Urine with FAAS |

| Abstract：The simultaneous determination of potassium（K）and sodium（Na）content in urine was established using the atomic absorption spectrometer. The optimized working conditions were ascertained. In order to remove the disturbance of ionization，cesium chloride was added. The disturbance of urinary substrate could be avoided after the urines were diluted to 1∶100. The detection limit of K and Na was 0.004 9 mg／L and 0.004 0 mg／L，determination range was 0.2～5.0 mg／L and 0.2～3.0 mg／L，the recovery was 99.6%~108.7% and 99.2％~101.3％，the RSD was 0.56％~1.08％ and 0.41%～0.82%，respectively. The results showed that the method was accurate，sensitive and simple. |
