2-乙氧基乙醇氨化合成2-乙氧基乙胺工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：采用浸漬法制得Cu-Co-Ru-Mg-Cr／Al2O3催化劑，用于2-乙氧基乙醇氨化制備2-乙氧基乙胺反應；研究了反應壓力、溫度、空速、氨氣與2-乙氧基乙醇摩爾比等因素對氨化反應的影響；在適宜的操作條件下，2-乙氧基乙醇單程轉化率達到93%，2-乙氧基乙胺選擇性達到95%。 |

| Synthesis Process of 2-Ethoxyethylamine by Amination of 2-Ethoxyethanol |

| Abstract：A Cu-Co-Ru-Mg-Cr／Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by impregnation which was used to synthesize 2-ethoxyethylamine by amination of 2-ethoxyethanol． Effects of the pressure，temperature，liquid space velocity，and mole ratio of ammoma and 2-ethoxyethanol on aminationf 2-ethoxyethanol was investigated． Under optimun reaction conditions，the conversion of 2-ethoxyethanol reached 93%，and the selectivity of 2- ethoxyethylamine reached 95%. |
