正交法優(yōu)化姜黃中姜黃素提取工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：通過(guò)單因素實(shí)驗和正交實(shí)驗相結合的方法對乙醇提取姜黃中姜黃素的工藝條件進(jìn)行了研究，以提取物中姜黃素的含量為考察指標，篩選出乙醇提取姜黃素的優(yōu)化工藝條件為：加10倍量75%乙醇，提取2次，每次提取3 ｈ，該工藝條件提取姜黃素含量最高達4.91%。 |

| Extraction of Curcumin from Curcuma Longa L by Orthogonal Designed Method |

| Abstract：The optimization of extraction process of curcumin from Curcuma longa L was studied using ethanol as extracting solvent based on single factor level test and orthogonal tests. Results showed that the highest content of the extracted curcumin was up to 4.91% when the curcuma powder was extracted two times with ten time of quantity 75% ethanol solution, each for 3 h． |
