α-乙酰氧基苯乙酮的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：用三氟化硼乙醚為催化劑，以苯乙酮和乙酸（也是溶劑）為原料，利用碘酰苯為氧化劑“一鍋法”合成了α-乙酰氧基苯乙酮。研究了溫度和催化劑用量對目標產(chǎn)物的影響，優(yōu)化的工藝條件為：n（苯乙酮）∶n（三氟化硼乙醚）∶n（碘酰苯）=1∶3∶1.2，反應溫度50℃，反應時(shí)間6 h，此條件下產(chǎn)品收率72%。 |

| Abstract：Boron trifluoride ethevate as the catalyst α-acetoxyacetophenone was synthesized from acetophenone and acetic acid（solvent）using iodoxybenzene as the oxidant and boron trifluoride ether as the catalyst. The factor of temperature and the catalyst affecting the target product has been studied. The optimal reaction conditions were as follow：1 mmol acetophenone，3 mmol BF3·OEt2 and 1.2 mmol iodoxybenzene reacted at 50℃ for 6 h，and the yield of α-acetoxyacetophenone was 72%. |
