| 摘 要：研究以氨基酸為原料，采用固相合成法合成了多鈦，以Gly-His-Lys為例，進(jìn)行多肽合成的探索和研究，對合成工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，產(chǎn)品的收率為79.4%，合成路線(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單，副反應少。 |

| Solid-phase Synthesis of Tripeptide Gly-L-His-Lys |

| Abstract：The tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine was synthesized from aimino acids using solid phase method，and meanwhile synthetic conditions of polypeptide were optimized. Results showed that the yield of the tripeptide was 79.4% under the improved conditions，indicating that the method had advantages of easier manipulation and less side reaction. |
