微波輻射合成對叔丁基苯甲酸 |

摘 要:用對叔丁基甲苯(PTBT)為原料,高錳酸鉀為氧化劑,季銨鹽為相轉移催化劑,采用微波輻射技術(shù)合成對叔丁基苯甲酸(PTBA)?疾炝朔磻锏呐浔、微波輻射功率、反應時(shí)間等因素對反應收率的影響,得到反應的優(yōu)化條件:n(對叔丁基甲苯)∶n(高錳酸鉀)=1∶1.5,微波輻射功率660 W,反應時(shí)間為50 min,收率可達82.6%。其結構經(jīng)IR和1H NMR確證。 |

Synthesis of p-Tert-butylbenzoic Acid with Microwave Irradiation |

Abstract:p-Tert-butylbenzoic acid was synthesized using p-tert-butyl toluene as material,potassium permanganate as the oxidant and quaternary ammonium salts as phase transfer catalyst under microwave irradiation. Various factors that influenced the reaction were studied. The optimum conditions were determined as follows:the molar ratio of p-tert-butyl toluene and potassium permanganate was 1∶1.5,the microwave irradiation power was 660 W,the reaction time was 50 min,under the optimal conditions,the yield of product was 82.6%. The structure of products weas confirmed by IR and 1H NMR . |
