利用廢硅膠生產(chǎn)五水偏硅酸鈉的研究 |

| 摘 要：概述了五水偏硅酸鈉的市場(chǎng)現狀，介紹了以廢硅膠為原料生產(chǎn)五水偏硅酸鈉的實(shí)驗方法。通過(guò)實(shí)驗，得出了優(yōu)化實(shí)驗條件為：模數采用0.5~0.8，波美度在35~50°，加熱廢硅膠及濃縮結晶的溫度為90~100℃，時(shí)間為持續沸騰5 min以上，采用自然降溫法，時(shí)間在10 h左右。最終制得良好的晶體，其中氧化鈉含量為28.5%，氧化硅含量27.3%，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達到國內同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的一級品標準。 |

| Preparation of Sodium Metasilicate Pentahydrate from Waste Silica Gel |

| Abstract：The present market of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate was outlined，and then the experimental technique of preparing sodium metasilicate pentahydrate from the waste silica gel was introduced. The best crystallized conditions were obtained through experiments as follow：modulus 0.5～0.8，Beaume degree 35～50°，temperature for heating waste silica gel and condensed crystilization 90～100℃，boiling time 5 min and natural cooling for 10 h. Under the best conditions，the good crystal was given in which Na2O and SiO2 content was 28.5% and of was 27.3%，respectively，indicating that the product quality achieved the first-level standard in view of the domestic similar products. |
