HPLC法測定環(huán)合反應液中的呋喃酚 |

| 摘 要：采用Aglient Hc-C8 5 μm 150 mm×4.6 mm色譜柱，流動(dòng)相為甲醇-0.2%乙酸溶液，梯度洗脫，流速為1 mL／min，280 nm為檢測波長(cháng)，建立了測定環(huán)合反應液中呋喃酚含量的高效液相色譜分析方法。在進(jìn)樣量為8.0～24.0 μg的范圍內線(xiàn)性關(guān)系良好（Y=464.539 4X+56.170 2，r=0.999 9），RSD 0.5%，回收率99.6%～100.5%，分析周期為30 min。方法快速、簡(jiǎn)便、準確，可用于環(huán)合反應中的呋喃酚質(zhì)量控制。 |

| Determination of 2，3-Dihydro-2，2-dimethyl-7-hydroxybenzofuranol in Cyclizing Solution by HPLC |

| Abstract：A HPLC method was established for determination of 2，3-dihydro-2，2-dimethyl-7-hydroxybenzofuranol in cyclization solution. The HPLC system consisted of Aglient Hc-C8 column（5 μm，4.6 mm×150 mm），methanol﹕0.2% acetic acid solution as mobile phase for gradient elution at flow rate of 1 mL／min，the detective wavelength 280 nm，and column temperature 30℃. The result showed that the peak area（Y）of 2，3-dihydro-2，2-dimethyl-7-hydroxybenzofuranol had a good linear correlation with the injection mass（x）in the range of 8.0～24.0 μg，and its linear equation was Y=464.5394X+56.170 2，r=0.999 9，RSD was 0.5%，recovery was 99.6%～100.5%，and analysis period was 30 min. The method was proved to be sensitive，fast and accurate，and could be suitable to the quality control of 2，3-dihydro-2，2-dimethyl-7-hydroxy -benzofuranol in cyclizing solution . |
