ASE/SPME-GC-MS分析南沙參的揮發(fā)性成分

摘 要:分別用加速溶劑萃取法(ASE)和固相微萃取法(SPME)對南沙參進(jìn)行提取,通過(guò)氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用(GC-MS)對南沙參的揮發(fā)性成分進(jìn)行定性和半定量分析,從ASE萃取物中檢測出61個(gè)組分,占其總出峰面積的84.28%;從SPME萃取物中檢測出39個(gè)組分,占其總出峰面積的90.36%。二者相同組分18個(gè),分別是:2-正戊基呋喃、己酸、正辛醛、壬醛、正壬醇、正辛酸、硬脂酸甲酯等。ASE除了萃取低沸點(diǎn)的萜類(lèi)外,還有高沸點(diǎn)酸類(lèi)、萜類(lèi)、醛酮類(lèi)和大極性醇類(lèi)。而SPME萃取的物質(zhì)主要是低沸點(diǎn)的萜類(lèi)、醛酮類(lèi)和小極性的烴類(lèi)。兩種前處理方法一起用于南沙參有效成分的提取,可以得到更全面的信息。

Analysis of Volatile Components in Radix Adenophorae by ASE/SPME-GC-MS

Abstract:Volatile components were extracted from Radix adenophorae using accelerated solvent extraction(ASE)and solid phase micro-extraction(SPME),and were qualitified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Results showed that 81 compounds were identified,61 components accounting for 84.28% in Radix adenophorae were identified by ASE and 39 components accounting for 90.36% in Radix adenophorae were identified by SPME. There were 18 common components which are 2-pentylfuran,hexanoic acid,n-octanal,heptanol,nonenal,n-nonylalcohol,octanoic acid,methyl stearate,et al. ASE can extract the substances such as acids. terpenes,aldehyde ketones and the big polar alcohols with low boiling point as well as the high boiling point. But SPME was suitable to extract the substances such as terpenes,aldehyde ketones and small polar hydrocarbon compound with the low boiling point. The two pre-treatment methods can be used to extract the substances together in order to acquire full information.
