鎳基復合催化劑催化鄰硝基苯胺加氫合成鄰苯二胺 |

| 摘 要：采用鎳基復合催化劑，分別以水、乙醇為溶劑，鄰硝基苯胺氫化合成鄰苯二胺。實(shí)驗結果表明，在水中，溫度85～105℃、壓力1.5 MPa下收率為72％～78%（以鄰硝基苯胺計）；在乙醇中，溫度45℃、壓力0.8～1.5 MPa下收率為82％～91％（以鄰硝基苯胺計）。以乙醇為溶劑鎳基復合催化劑催化加氫法與傳統的硫化堿還原或鐵粉還原工藝相比，在減少廢水和降低成本等方面有較大的優(yōu)勢。 |

| Synthesis of o-Phenylenediamine by Composite Nickel Catalysed Hydrogenation of o-Nitroaniline |

| Abstract：o-Phenylenediamine was synthesized from o-nitroaniline by composite nickel catalysed hydrogenation in water and ethanol，respectively. The results showed that when water was used as the solvent，the yield was 72%~78% at 85~105℃ and 1.5 MPa. In ethanol，the yield was 82%~91% at 45℃ and 0.8~1.5 MPa. Compared to the traditional reduction by sodium sulfide reduction and iron powder，the catalytic hydrogenation using ethanol as the solvent and composite nickel as the catalyst has more advantages with respect to reducing waste water and production cost. |
