色滿(mǎn)酮類(lèi)化合物的合成及其抗炎活性研究 |

| 摘 要：設計合成了4種色滿(mǎn)酮類(lèi)化合物，并利用熔點(diǎn)、紅外光譜、核磁共振氫譜等手段確定了其結構。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳腫脹法，測定了該化合物的抗炎活性，實(shí)驗結果表明在200 mg／kg劑量下所合成的3個(gè)目標化合物6-［2-（4-嗎啉基）乙氧基］色滿(mǎn)酮、6-［（喹啉-2-基）甲氧基］色滿(mǎn)酮、7-［2-（4-嗎啉基）乙氧基］色滿(mǎn)酮對二甲苯所致小鼠耳腫脹具有顯著(zhù)的抑制作用。 |

| Study on Synthesis and Anti-inflammatory Activity of Chromanone Derivatives |

| Abstract：In order to study the structure-activity relationships of chromanone derivatives with anti-inflammatory activity，we have designed and synthesized some new chromanone derivatives and characterized with IR and 1H NMR. The anti-inflammatory activity was evaluated with xylene-induced mouse ear swelling model. Results showed that some of the target compounds such as 6-［2-（4-morpholinoethoxy）］chromanone，6-（2-quinolinomethoxy）chromanone，and 7-［2-（4-morpholinoethoxy）］ chromanone showed potent anti-inflammatory at a dose of 200mg／kg. |
