碳酸二（4－甲基苯）酯合成及工藝研究 |

| 摘 要：研究了三光氣（BTC）與對甲酚反應合成碳酸二（4－甲基苯）酯的新方法，并對溫度、酚鈉鹽濃度、三光氣用量等因素進(jìn)行考察。得到合成碳酸二（4－甲基苯）酯的優(yōu)化工藝條件為溫度26℃，酚鈉鹽濃度為2.90 mol／L，n（三光氣） ∶ n（對甲酚）=1 ∶ 0.51，收率96.4%，含量達98％以上。 |

| Abstract：A new synthesis technology of di（p-tolyl）carbonate strating from bis（trichlormethyl）carbonate （BTC）and para-cresol was investigated. The effective factors include temperature，concentration of para-cresol sodium and amount of BTC. The optimum reaction conditions were: temperature 26℃，para-cresol sodium salt concentration 2.90 mol／L and n［bis（trichlormethyl）carbonate］ ∶ n（p-cresol）=1 ∶ 0.51. Under these conditions the product was obtained in 96.4% yield and 98％ purity. |
