碳酸二(4-甲基苯)酯合成及工藝研究 |

摘 要:研究了三光氣(BTC)與對甲酚反應合成碳酸二(4-甲基苯)酯的新方法,并對溫度、酚鈉鹽濃度、三光氣用量等因素進(jìn)行考察。得到合成碳酸二(4-甲基苯)酯的優(yōu)化工藝條件為溫度26℃,酚鈉鹽濃度為2.90 mol/L,n(三光氣) ∶ n(對甲酚)=1 ∶ 0.51,收率96.4%,含量達98%以上。 |

Study on Synthesis of Di(p-tolyl) carbonate |

Abstract:A new synthesis technology of di(p-tolyl)carbonate strating from bis(trichlormethyl)carbonate (BTC)and para-cresol was investigated. The effective factors include temperature,concentration of para-cresol sodium and amount of BTC. The optimum reaction conditions were: temperature 26℃,para-cresol sodium salt concentration 2.90 mol/L and n[bis(trichlormethyl)carbonate] ∶ n(p-cresol)=1 ∶ 0.51. Under these conditions the product was obtained in 96.4% yield and 98% purity. |
