對苯乙烯磺酸鈉修飾水滑石/丁苯橡膠復合材料的制備與性能研究 |

摘 要:利用共沉淀法合成了硝酸根型水滑石(NO3-HT),將其與對苯乙烯磺酸鈉(SSS)進(jìn)行離子交換,制備對苯乙烯磺酸鈉修飾的水滑石(SSS-HT)。用紅外光譜(IR)、X-射線(xiàn)衍射(XRD)、熱重分析(TGA)對水滑石的結構和性能進(jìn)行了表征。結果表明,經(jīng)對苯乙烯磺酸鈉修飾后的水滑石層間距由硝酸根型水滑石的0.8 nm擴大到了1.88 nm,對苯乙烯磺酸鈉型水滑石的熱穩定性有所提高。將其與丁苯橡膠(SBR)混煉,制備水滑石/橡膠復合材料。用紅外光譜、硫化儀、力學(xué)性能測試儀及熱重分析對其結構與性能進(jìn)行了研究。實(shí)驗結果表明,隨著(zhù)水滑石含量的增加,SBR/水滑石復合材料的焦燒時(shí)間和正硫化時(shí)間逐漸縮短且經(jīng)過(guò)有機修飾的水滑石變化幅度更大,同時(shí)水滑石的加入也提高了橡膠的熱穩定性和力學(xué)性能。 |

Study on the Preparation and Characterisation of Sodium Styrene Sulfonate Modified Hydrotalcite/ SBR Composites |

Abstract:Sodium styrene sulfonate(SSS)modified hydrotalcite was obtained by the ion-exchange reaction of SSS with nitrate anion pillared hydrotalcite(NO3-HT),prepared by a co-precipitation method. The structure of HT(NO3-HT and SSS-HT)was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). The results indicated that the interlayer spacing of HT increased from 0.80 nm for NO3-HT to 1.88 nm for SSS-HT,and SSS modified HT showed better thermal stability. Then the SBR/hydrotalcite composites were prepared. The structure and property of composites were characterized respectively by IR,curometer,mechanics properties tester and TGA. The results indicated that the scorch time and cure time of SBR/HT composites shortened with the loading of HT. The thermal stability and mechanics properties of SBR/HT were also improved. |
