鄰氯苯乙烯合成工藝優(yōu)化 |

摘 要:鄰氯苯乙烯由鄰氯苯乙酮經(jīng)相轉移催化還原、脫水、精餾等工藝制備。工藝總收率74%,純度大于99%。在還原反應中以芐基三乙基氯化銨為相轉移催化劑(催化劑用量為鄰氯苯乙酮質(zhì)量的2%),并且在精餾過(guò)程中使用2,4,6-三硝基苯酚作為阻聚劑(阻聚劑用量為鄰氯苯乙醇質(zhì)量的2.5%),避免了過(guò)程中鄰氯苯乙烯的分子間聚合。 |

Optimization of Synthesis Technology of o-Chlorostyrene |

Abstract:o-Chlorostyrene was synthesized from o-chloroacetophenone 74% yield and 99% purity in three steps,including phase-transfer catalytic reduction,dehydration and distillation. The optimum conditions were obtained:the mass ratio of the catalyst BTEAC to o-chloroacetophenone 2%,of the inhibitor 2,4,6-trinitrophenol to o-chloroacetophenone 2.5%. |
