| 摘 要：白藜蘆醇是一種植物抗毒素，近幾年來(lái)大量的研究發(fā)現白藜蘆醇具有多種生物活性和藥理作用，可以廣泛應用于醫藥、保健品、食品、化妝品等領(lǐng)域。白藜蘆醇的制備、開(kāi)發(fā)引起國內外醫藥、食品、材料等領(lǐng)域的關(guān)注。筆者綜述了近年白藜蘆醇的化學(xué)合成研究進(jìn)展。 |

| Abstract：Resveratrol is a naturally occurring phytoalexin in plant species. It is of a variety of biological and pharmacological activities． It has been intensively applied in pharmacy，health-care products，food，cosmetic，etc. Much attention has been paid to the preparation and development of resveratrol in pharmacy，food，material areas at home and abroad． This paper reviewed the progress in chemical synthesis of resveratrol． |
