鄰硝基苯甲醛合成工藝研究 |

摘 要:以鄰硝基苯甲醇為原料 ,經(jīng)銅胺配合物催化氧化得目標產(chǎn)物。合成的工藝條件為 :氧化劑摩爾比 ,n (對硝基苯甲醇 )∶n (CuCl)∶n (鄰菲咯啉 )∶n (肼二甲酸二乙酯 )∶n(K2 CO3) =1∶0 .0 5∶0 .0 5∶0 .0 5∶2 ,氧化溫度 78~ 82℃ ,氧化時(shí)間 3h。鄰硝基苯甲醛收率為74 1%。催化劑可回收經(jīng)簡(jiǎn)單處理后重復利用 |

Synthesis of Nitrobenzaldehydes |

Abstract:2 Nitrobenzyl alcohols were oxidized to 2 nitrobenzaldehydes via copper catalyzed air oxidation. This represents a new and facile route to the nitrobenzaldehydes. Optimum reaction conditions were as follow: the oxidition molar ratio of nitrobenzaldechol∶CuCl∶DEAD∶o phenanthroline∶K 2CO 3 was 1∶0.05∶0.05∶2, reaction temperature 78~82℃, reaction time 3 h. The overall yield of 2 nitrobenzaldehyde was 74.1%. And the catalyst can be recycled. |
