新型殺螨劑螺螨酯的合成 |

| 摘 要：以環(huán)己酮為起始原料，經(jīng)過(guò)加成、�；�、酯化、環(huán)合等反應制備得到螺螨酯中間體3-（2，4-二氯苯基）-2-氧代-1-氧雜螺［4.5］-癸-3-烯4-醇，其與2，2-二甲基丁酰氯反應制得3-（2，4-二氯苯基）-2-氧代-1-氧雜螺［4.5］-癸-3-烯4-基-2，2-二甲基丁酸酯即為螺螨酯。工藝路線(xiàn)適合產(chǎn)業(yè)化生產(chǎn)螺螨酯，5步反應總收率達到35.3%。 |

| Synthesis of Spirodiclofen |

| Abstract：3-（2，4-Dichlorophenyl）-2-oxo-1-oxaspiro［4.5］dec-3-ene-4-ol，a key intermediate of spirodiclofen，was synthesized from cyclohexanone by four reaction steps including addition，acylation，esterification and cyclization. It's reaction with 2，2-dimethylbutyryl chloride gives spirodiclofen，or ［3-（2，4-dichlorophenyl）-2-oxo-1-oxaspiro［4.5］dec-3-ene-4-yl］-2，2-dimethylbutanoate. This process is suitable for industrial production of spirodiclofen，with an overal yield of 35.3%. |
