草甘膦副產(chǎn)鹽渣綜合利用擴試研究 |

摘 要:利用自主研發(fā)的專(zhuān)利設備熱分解爐及工藝,對草甘膦副產(chǎn)鹽渣進(jìn)行綜合利用擴大實(shí)驗,獲得十分理想的結果,經(jīng)處理后的鹽總氮質(zhì)量分數小于20×10-6,總磷質(zhì)量分數小于5×10-6,可完全滿(mǎn)足氯堿工業(yè)用鹽要求,為草甘膦副產(chǎn)的資源化利用提供了一條可行的技術(shù)路線(xiàn)。 |

Expanded-scale Test on the Multipurpose Utilization of the By-products from Glyphosate Production |

Abstract:Expanded-scale tests on the multipurpose utilization of by-product salt derived from production process of glyphosate were studied by using a special device and technology developed by Hunan Research Institute of Chemical Industry. The results showed that the total nitrogen of the treated salt was less than 20×10-6,and the total phosphorus was less than 5×10-6. These data meet the requirements of chloride alkali industry and provide a feasible pathway to the recycling of glyphosate by-products. |
