油茶餅中茶皂素的定量分析 |

摘 要:研究了用反相高效液相色譜法(HPLC)測定茶皂素含量的方法,以VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,C18,5 μm)作分析柱,以甲醇-水(v∶v=9∶1)作流動(dòng)相,流速控制在1.0 mL/min,檢測波長(cháng)280 nm,以質(zhì)量濃度為橫坐標,峰面積為縱坐標,得到工作曲線(xiàn)為Y=3.02×106X-1.16×104,線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0.999 5;厥章蕿97.02%~102.82%。通過(guò)反相高效液相色譜法測定茶籽餅中粗茶皂素的含量為11.89%。 |

Quantitative Analysis of Tea Saponin in Camellia Cake |

Abstract:A reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of tea saponin extracted from tea-seed pancake with Soxhlet was studied. With the column VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,C18,5 μm) and mobile phase methanol-water(v∶v=9∶1)at flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min,a linear equation was obtained as Y=3.02×106X-1.16×104,where Y represents peak area and X represents mass concentration. Linear correlation coefficient r was 0.999 5. Under these conditions,the recovery rate of tea saponin was 97.02%~102.82%. |
