| 摘 要：系統闡述了頭孢藥物及其中間體的研發(fā)趨勢及市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)。重點(diǎn)關(guān)注小頭孢和第四代頭孢中間體。建議發(fā)展頭孢藥物頭孢克洛、頭孢克肟和頭孢唑蘭等，頭孢中間體7-苯乙酰胺基-3-氯甲基頭孢烷酸對甲氧芐酯、7-氨基-3-氯-3-頭孢烯-4-酸、7-氨基-3-乙烯基頭孢烷酸及2-甲氧亞氨基-2-（2-氨基-4-噻唑基）-硫代乙酸苯并噻唑酯等。 |

| Abstract：The recent advances and trends of cephalosporins and their intermediates were reviewed，with focuses on intermediates of small-scale-cephems and the forth generation of cephalosporin. For future development，more concerns are suggested about cephalosporins such as cefaclor，cefixime，cefozopran，and the intermediates such as GCLE，7-ACCA，7-AVCA，2-（2-Amino-4- thiazolyl）-2-methoxyiminoacetic acid thiobenzothiazole ester. |
