| 摘 要：以鄰甲酚、醋酸酐、4，4-二甲基異噁唑-3-酮、4，6-二甲氧基-2-甲磺�；奏樵�，經(jīng)乙�；�、溴化、N-烷基化、醚化4步反應合成了標題化合物2-（2-（4，6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-氧）苯基）-4，4-二甲基異噁唑-3-酮，收率42.4％，化合物結構采用1H NMR、IR、元素分析表征。 |

| Abstract：The title compound 2-（2-（4，6-dimethyloxypyrimidine-2-oxy））- 4，4-dimethylisoxazol-3-one was synthesized in an overall yield of 42.4% in four reaction steps including acylation，bromination，N-methylation, and aetheration using o-methylphenol，acetic anhydride，4，4-dimethylisoxazol-3-one and 4，6-dimethyloxy-2-（methylsulfonyl）pyrimidine as the starting materials. The structure of the product was identified by using 1H NMR，IR and element analysis. |
