對異辛基苯甲醚的氯甲基化 |

摘 要:在季銨鹽四丁基溴化銨作為相轉移催化劑、氯化鋅作為催化劑的雙重催化條件下,物料配比為n(酚醚) ∶ n(甲醛) ∶ n(氯化鋅)=1 ∶ 2 ∶ 1.25,反應溫度30~40℃,對異辛基苯甲醚進(jìn)行氯甲基化反應的轉化率可達100%,收率達到95%。運用紅外色譜、核磁共振測定等對產(chǎn)物結構進(jìn)行確認。 |

Chloromethylation of 4-iso-Octyl-1-methoxyl Benzene |

Abstract:Improved yield and selectivity for the chloromethylation of 4-iso-octyl-1-methoxyl benzene were obtained under the combined catalysis of tetrabutylammonium bromide and zinc chloride. The conversion of the main reagent and the yield of the product were 100% and 95% respectively,under the following conditions: n(phenolic ether) ∶ n(formaldehyde) ∶ n(zinc chloride)=1 ∶ 2 ∶ 1.25,the reaction temperature 30~40℃. The product was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. |
