UV油墨的制備與性能優(yōu)化 |

摘 要:探討了預聚物、單體、光引發(fā)劑、顏料等組分對UV油墨固化速度、附著(zhù)力、耐抗性等性能的影響,應用正交實(shí)驗設計方法對UV油墨各組分種類(lèi)進(jìn)行選擇,對正交試驗結果做極差分析及方差分析,結果表明:根據預先設計的組分比例,采用預聚物PQ611,單體A,光引發(fā)劑B,活性氨為加速劑,獲得性能較好的UV油墨。 |

Preparation and Properties Optimization of UV Printing Ink |

Abstract:The effects of compositions on UV prinking ink,such as prepolymer,monomer,photoinitiator and pigment on curing rate,cohesive force,resistency and other properties were investigated. The range analysis and variance analysis method were applied to the assessment of results. The results based on orthogonal experiment design indicated that an optimum component composition of UV printing ink can be obtained from prepolymer PQ611,monomer A,photoinitiator B and active amime(accelerator). |
