| 摘 要：以咪唑為原料，通過(guò)兩步硝化制得1，4-二硝基咪唑，然后在氯苯中熱重排得2，4-二硝基咪唑，將2，4-二硝基咪唑進(jìn)一步硝化并制得2，4，5-三硝基咪唑的鉀鹽，最后將鉀鹽甲基化，得到1-甲基-2，4，5-三硝基咪唑（MTNI），收率23%。采用紅外光譜、元素分析、核磁共振的方法對其結構進(jìn)行表征。用DSC進(jìn)行了熱分解研究。優(yōu)化了2，4-二硝基咪唑的合成工藝：反應溫度為123±2℃，反應時(shí)間為6 h，n（1，4-二硝基咪唑） ∶ n（氯苯）=1 ∶ 9。改進(jìn)了前兩步硝化條件和2，4，5-三硝基咪唑鉀鹽的合成工藝。 |

| Optimization of the Synthesis of 1-Methyl-2，4，5-trinitroimidazole |

| Abstract：1-Methyl-2，4，5-trinitroimidazole（MTNI） is an important polynitro imidazole compound. It was synthesized from imidazole by nitration in two steps，followed by thermal rearrangement in chlorobenzene，further nitration and methylation，in an overal yield of 23%. The optimum conditions were obtained as the following：n（1，4-dinitroimidazole） ∶ n（chlorobenzene）=1 ∶ 30，reaction temperature 123±2℃ and reaction time 6 h. |
