| Abstract：The Synthesis of 4 Dimethylaminopyridine as high acylating catalyst was reviewed. The synthetic mothod of DMAP from 4 cyanopyridine with 2 vineylpyridine was deseribed and application in orgainic synthesis was introducted. |
