4-氯丁酸甲酯的綠色合成研究 |

摘 要:研究了以固體光氣代替氯化亞砜和光氣對γ-丁內酯開(kāi)環(huán)合成4-氯丁酸甲酯綠色工藝,確定了優(yōu)惠工藝條件為:m(催化劑A) ∶ m(催化劑B)=0.03 ∶ 0.002,n(丁內酯) ∶ n(固體光氣)=2.8 ∶ 1,保溫溫度100℃,保溫時(shí)間24 h。在此工藝條件下,4-氯丁酸甲酯的平均收率95.6%。該工藝簡(jiǎn)單,成本低廉。 |

Abstract:A green synthesis of methyl-4-chlorobutyrate from γ-butyroctone was described using bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate instead of thionyl chloride or phosgene. The main factors affecting the reaction were investigated. Optimal conditions were obtained as follows:m(catalyst A) ∶ m(catalyst B)=0.03 ∶ 0.002,n(γ-butyroctone) ∶ n[bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate]= 2.8 ∶ 1,reaction temperature 100℃ and reaction time 24 h. The average yield of the product was 95.6%. |
