新型咪唑啉緩蝕劑的合成及其緩蝕性能研究

摘 要:合成了一種復合緩蝕劑 YHX-4,研究了其在二氧化碳/硫化氫共存條件下的緩蝕性能。研究表明,在n(油酸) ∶ n(二乙烯三胺) ∶ n(硫脲) ∶ n(氯化芐)=1 ∶ 1.4 ∶ 1 ∶ 1.2、成環(huán)反應最高溫度220℃、成環(huán)時(shí)間8 h;季銨化反應溫度90℃、時(shí)間3 h條件下可合成咪唑啉季銨鹽緩蝕劑YHX-3,目標產(chǎn)物經(jīng)紅外表征。將YHX-3與自制的4種物質(zhì):炔氧甲基烷基芐基季銨鹽(HPOMAQ)、丁炔二醇(BOZ)、磷酸三乙酯(TEP)、增效劑SA進(jìn)行復配[m(YHX-3) ∶ m(BOZ) ∶ m(HPOMAQ) ∶ m(TEP) ∶ m(SA)=30 ∶ 8 ∶ 8 ∶ 3 ∶ 1]得緩蝕劑YHX-4,其在二氧化碳/硫化氫共存的腐蝕介質(zhì)中靜態(tài)緩蝕率大于92%,動(dòng)態(tài)緩腐蝕率大于88%。

Research on the Synthesis and Anti-corrosive Performance of Novel Imidazoline Corrosion Inhibitors

Abstract:Compound YHX-4 was prepared and its corrosion inhibition properties were studied under the CO2/H2S coexistence conditions. Results indicated that the optimum conditions for synthesizing imidazoline quaternary-ammonium-salts corrosion inhibitor(YHX-3)were:n(oleic acid) ∶ n(diethylenetriamine) ∶ n (thiourea) ∶ n(benzyl chloride)= 1 ∶ 1.4 ∶ 1 ∶ 1.2,the cyclization reaction lasted for 8 h at the highest temperature of 220 ℃,and then quaternized for 3 h at 90 ℃. The structure of the product was proved with infrared spectrum. Corrosion inhibitor YHX-4 was then composed of YHX-3 and other four self-made substances including HPOMAQ,BOZ,TEP and SA[m(YHX-3) ∶ m(BOZ) ∶ m(HPOMAQ) ∶ m( TEP) ∶ m(SA)=30 ∶ 8 ∶ 8 ∶ 3 ∶ 1]. The efficiencies of its static and dynamic corrosion inhibition in the CO2/H2S medium were more than 92% and 88%, respectively.
